No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds on any purchased items. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, including images and descriptions, and to ask any relevant questions prior to completing a transaction.

 

Inspections: Customers are welcome to inspect items at our pop up events or request additional information before making a purchase. Due to the nature of our "As Is" policy, we do not allow returns or exchanges based on issues that could have been identified during the inspection process.

 

Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of all our luxury items. In the rare event that an item is found to be counterfeit, customers may contact us within 7 days of purchase for further assistance.
